Case study: we are proud to work for “The prettiest golf club North of 60.” A spectacular location deserves a stunning web presentation and that’s exactly what we delivered. We took a static webpage, handpicked all the useful information and put together a little interactive gem. The beautiful scenery is rendered into the front end slideshow, while a photo gallery inside takes the visitor through a comprehensive tour of the golf club. Club administrators can manage the web site themselves through a sleek interface. An online store is embedded and ready to be launched. But the most interesting feature of the Hay River Golf Club’s website is an ever-changing color scheme, designed to match the seasons (green for spring, gold for summer and so on.)

Hidden in a drawer, Andy’s old photo archives were hiding from prying eyes. He likes to say that he did not know photography ‘back then’. Now ‘back then’ means anything between 10 and 20 years ago, and that’s a lot for a guy wandering the streets with a camera and nothing much to do. Met with positive criticism from fellow photographes, www.andix.org is now up and running for everyone to contemplate and enjoy. We think Andy was influenced by Alec Soth and Todd Hido – he actually had an epiphany moment seeing the work of the two photographers. But hey. It’s a photo gallery, you might as well want to take a look.

New photo studio and lenses

We have worked for a lot of customers and entered the realm of studio photography. The image doesn’t do justice to the gear, as there’s a lot more to be deployed at the customer’s end when push comes to shove. But it’s a major leap forward and we’re proud of it. Lights, snoots, backgrounds, filters, clamps, plus an array of brand new lenses covering every focal length ever imagined in commercial and portrait photography. A photo of the real deal is soon to be replacing this stock image.

With the HRHF Auction ended, one of the two websites we offered has been sold. We are still waiting for the lucky bidder to call and meet us for the preliminary discussion. Remember, the offer is only valid for 6 months, starting April 26th. Of course October sounds like plenty of time, but said time flies, and we’d be really sorry to see you go, dear potential / future customer.

Case study: a mail-out trifold flyer was conceived to reflect the highlights of Schofield’s election campaign. The concept was simplicity in a high-impact design, both innovative and memorable. We used a “cloud” concept to create an original background and thick square, contrasting fonts to communicate effectively and visually. We staged the photo shooting with the design in mind and added the photo effect to match the overall aspect of the flyer. The result? A winner flyer for a winning candidate.
